Return Policy
Our 15-day No Questions Asked Money Back Policy gives you the time to make sure that your purchase is perfect. If you need to return the product for any reason, we'll provide you with full refund or exchange after retaining Rs.1000/- towards delivery and processing. This charge shall be borne by the customer for each product under 15 Day Money Back Policy.
15 Day Money Back is not applicable in the following instances –
- On orders that have been exchanged earlier under the 15 Day Exchange Policy - You can exchange your design within 15 days for the full value only once. If you wish to exchange the product the second time, it will be considered as a Lifetime Exchange.
- On products that have been engraved or personalized or customised.
Conditions for Return under 15 Day Money Back Policy –
Product must be returned in original packaging in saleable condition with no scratches, damage, wear or alteration. The stickers and tags must be intact. If the product tag or the original packing is tampered with, the return will not be processed.
How the refund is made -
When a product is returned under our 15 Day Money Back policy, a quality check is done post which the refund is credited to the source or your bank account.
- For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account.
- For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card /UPI/Net Banking).
How to return the product to MY SWANK –
- Write an email to support@myswank.in within 15 days of delivery to schedule a return pick up.
- The product should be accompanied by the original product certificate and the original/copy of the invoice for all exchanges within the 15 Day Money Back period.
- Ready your jewellery in the original packing material along with the certificate and hand it over to the logistics executive.
- Please collect an acknowledgement for the item being picked up (pickup receipt on paper/ photo of tracking number/ SMS confirmation of pickup).
- Once we receive the product, we conduct a Quality Check to check for any signs of damage or wear and tear. Once the Quality Check is cleared, our refund will be processed to your bank account in 10 business days after retaining delivery charges. Any item that shows signs of wear or that has been altered, resized (by a jeweller other than the company) or damaged cannot be accepted for 15 Day Money-Back.
- In case of loss of the original product certificate would result in a deduction of Rs. 1500.
- In case the product was earlier purchased through EMI system, we will deduct an amount equivalent to 1% of the Grand Total Amount at the time of refund of initial installment.
How to ship the products to be returned -
MY SWANK will schedule a reverse pick up for customers who cannot return their products at any of our stores. The return shipping shall be borne by the customer. We will deduct Rs.1000/- as delivery and processing charges while determining the refund amount.
Changes in Policies -
MY SWANK reserves the right to modify these policies at any time so it is advisable to review the policies frequently. Changes will take effect immediately upon publishing on the website: www.MY SWANK.co.in. Any material changes made to the policies will be made along with a notification here that the policies have been updated.
REFUND POLICY
15 DAYS RETURN POLICY
Product once returned under the 15 days policy (Date of Shipping Invoice) will be refunded 100 % of the value in your payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking)
In order to be eligible for the return, the product should be accompanied by:
- Original packaging in sellable condition with no scratches, wear and damage or alteration.
- Certificate (If Any)
- Invoice Copy of the Product
- Warranty Card
- The Money-Back amount will be 100% of the actual amount paid. In case, any coupon, discount or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable.
- In case of a refund on 15 Day Money-Back, payment of the refund amount shall be done via online bank transfer to the customer’s bank account within 21 business days of receipt of the product. If the mode of payment was through online debit/ credit card/ net banking, the refund will be processed by reversal of the transaction.
- In case of 15-day Money Back policy, a Shipping Charge of Rs 750/- shall be borne by the customer for all the jewellery under this policy.
- 15-Days Return Policy is applicable only on available jewellery and NOT on Customised Jewellery.
- To request for return of the product under the 15-day Money back Policy, one must do the following:
- Email to our Customer Care within 15-days from the date of Product Invoice on info@myswank.in
- Call to our Customer Care to confirm once the package is ready with all the requisites to arrange for re-shipment of the same.
- We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Any required changes and clarifications will be updated with immediate effect on our website. If we make material changes to this policy, customers are requested to frequently browse through our policy to be aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
Cancellation & Returns
You can cancel your orders anytime within 24 hours. Payment gateway charges of 1% may be deducted subject to company's discretion. However if the order is customised and is made as per customers order, making charges would be charged and forfeited. You can cancel one order item within an order without cancelling the entire order if the order contains 2 or more order items.
- For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card /Net Banking).
Once the product is returned under our 15 Day Money Back policy (not applicable on coins) the refund will be credited to your account. You may choose to either make another purchase using the same or get the amount refunded to your bank account.
For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account.
· For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking).
· Upon cancellation/ return of orders placed using gift cards, the gift card amount will be refunded back to the gift card.
